Group Rentals
This page is for reservations of 10 bikes or more.
Bike Delivery
It is the policy of Idle Times Bike Shop Inc. to deliver at no charge any group rental of 10 or more bikes if required.
Group rental of 10 bikes or more will also receive a 10 percent discount and free use of one helmet and one lock per bike.
Idle Times Bike Shop can handle large groups of rentals under the following guidelines, with advance notice and prepaid deposit of 50% of the total rental.
June, July and August up to 40 bikes. With advance notice, up to 120 bikes can be delivered.
You must indicate your dates and preferred times for drop off and pick up.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with 48 hours notice can receive a refund of their deposit.
Group Rentals of over twenty bikes between the dates of July 1 and September 5 must be paid for in full in advance with no refund.
Reservations must be made no less than 48 hours in advance of the reservation date.
Group Bike Rentals
$5.00
A deposit of $5.00 per bicycle will be charged with this order. Be sure to enter your required bike total after you make your selections.
